THALASSA - 10 Commandments

Define the Project: We will define our clients requirements in depth and write up a detailed design brief which outlines what must be delivered, to whom and by when. The client signs off on this document before the project commences.

Involve Clients: We will work closely with our clients throughout the entire project, involving them in the analysis, planning and execution of all interior and exterior designs.

Recruit a Great Team: We will find the right people for the job required, ensuring they understand the project fully and are motivated to deliver the absolute best for our clients.

Gauge Realistic Timeframes: The project will be divided into manageable sections, with set timeframes to keep everyone involved motivated and focused.

Set Milestones: The timeframe will detail agreed milestones, including deadlines for delivery and installation. We will inform our client immediately should those deadlines need to be extended.

Communicate Regularly: We will keep our clients informed and produce weekly status reports with updates on the design progress.

Approve Changes: Any changes to the scope of the project must be approved by the client, including an extension on the timeline if required.

Solve Issues Promptly: We will identify any issues or risks and resolve them as soon as possible to avoid impacting on the project.

Deliver Quality: In all our deliverables, we will ensure the highest quality of product and service.

Sign-off on Completion: As each deliverable is complete, clients will sight and sign off on the finished design.
